Company

Royal Farms is a mid-atlantic convenience and gasoline chain with popular made-to-order chicken.

I completed this project as part of my Masters in Human Computer Interaction.

Design Challenge

Intimidated by the in-store kiosks, many Royal Farms customers simply chose not to order hot food.

Those that did often needed help from an employee to make it through an order.

Solution

My team and I redesigned the in-store kiosks, focusing on a more intuitive experience.

Outcome

100% of user interview participants preferred the redesigned experience, leading Royal Farms leadership to implement my designs.
